These Terms of Use set the rules for using the Hazivo website, mobile app and everything published on them. They are a legal agreement between you and Hazivo. Please read them, together with the Ad Posting Rules, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy that they refer to.

Hazivo is operated by Hazivo FZ-LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything about these Terms or your use of Hazivo, write to support@hazivo.ae. For legal and privacy questions write to legal@hazivo.ae.
By using Hazivo you confirm that you accept these Terms and that they are a binding agreement between you and us. If you use Hazivo for a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business. If you do not agree, please do not use Hazivo.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the new version on this page. For a material change we may also tell registered users by email. Please check this page now and then. We may also change, suspend or withdraw any part of Hazivo for business, technical or legal reasons, and we do not promise that every feature will always be available or free.
You must be at least 18 years old. You can browse as a guest, but you need an account to post ads, chat or save favorites. Give true and current details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for your login details and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. Account details are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can deactivate or delete your account from My Account, or ask us to do it at support@hazivo.ae. Deactivating hides your ads and profile and can be undone within the period shown on screen. Deleting is permanent. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the law. Some data is kept after closure as described in the Privacy Policy.
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use Hazivo while you follow these Terms. Hazivo, its design, text, graphics and software belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Our names, logos and marks may not be used without our written permission. You may not use Hazivo content for commercial purposes without a licence from us.
You must not use Hazivo in an unlawful way; try to get unauthorised access to it or to the systems behind it; disrupt it or upload viruses or harmful code; pretend to be someone else; harass or offend other users; send spam or unsolicited promotions; copy, resell or exploit Hazivo or its content for commercial gain; use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect data or post ads at scale; or copy, decompile or reverse-engineer its software. We may report breaches to the authorities and share your details with them.
A seller advertises an item or service in an ad. If you are a seller you must be allowed to sell it and own it or have the owner's permission; describe it fully and honestly; put only one item or service in each ad; choose the right category and location; follow the Ad Posting Rules and Acceptable Use Policy; not post counterfeit goods or anything that infringes someone else's rights; not post ads on behalf of other people as an agent or intermediary unless we have agreed in writing; follow the law; and deal honestly and in good faith with buyers.
An ad runs for the period shown when you post it. You can renew an ad once. When an ad has used its renewal it cannot be renewed again, and you will need to post a new ad. When an ad runs out it is hidden from search and marked Expired. An expired ad can be renewed within 15 days of its expiry. After those 15 days it can no longer be renewed, and we remove its photos from our systems. Records of payments you made stay with us as required by law and our Refund Policy.
A buyer contacts the seller through the ad to make an offer. If you are a buyer you must be allowed to buy the item or service and must deal honestly and in good faith with sellers. Check the item before you pay and read our Safety Tips.
A sale is an agreement between the buyer and the seller. Hazivo is not a party to it, does not own or sell the items, and does not have to monitor, approve or check every ad. We are not responsible for ads posted by users or for the items, their quality or payment between users. We may still review, reject or remove any ad that we believe breaks these Terms, the Ad Posting Rules or the Acceptable Use Policy.
We may offer paid services, for example a listing fee, or a fee to make your ad stand out in search results. Every fee is non-refundable as explained in our Refund Policy, unless the law says otherwise. Paid services are for your convenience and do not guarantee that your ad will be approved, sell, or receive any number of enquiries. The price is shown before you pay and is in AED.
When you pay on Hazivo you allow us, through our payment provider, to charge the payment method you enter for the amount shown at checkout. We are not responsible for losses if your payment method has too little money to cover the payment. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
Our Refund Policy says that fees are not refunded, including when an ad is rejected. If we do pay a refund, for example after charging you twice by mistake, it goes to the original payment method and we will give you proof of it. After that, any delay or problem getting the money, such as a closed or expired card, is between you and your bank. If your original payment method is no longer active, tell us before the refund starts and give us proof of another method; we may refuse a method we cannot verify.
Where Hazivo lets users rate or review each other and reply to reviews, a review must be honest, based on the writer's own experience, and free of insults, threats, hate and defamatory statements. A review is the opinion of the person who wrote it, not of Hazivo, and Hazivo is not liable for it. We may remove a review that breaks these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
You keep ownership of what you upload, such as ad text, photos and messages, but you give us and other users a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, copy, display and share it to run and promote Hazivo. Content you upload is not confidential. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice. If someone claims your content infringes their rights or privacy, we may share your identity with them.
Whenever you upload content or contact other users you must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You confirm that your content meets it, and you are responsible for any loss we suffer if it does not.
We do not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, Hazivo is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will be free of errors, viruses or interruptions or fit for a particular purpose. We are not liable for loss of profit, sales, business, goodwill or data, or for indirect or consequential loss. If you use Hazivo for business, we exclude all implied warranties. If you use it personally, we are responsible only for losses that were a foreseeable result of our breach or of our lack of reasonable care and skill, and you agree not to use Hazivo for business purposes. Our total liability to you for any claim will not be more than the higher of the amount you paid for the paid service the claim is about, or AED 1,000.
If we believe you have broken these Terms, we may take the action we think is right, including removing your ads or content, limiting features, suspending or closing your account, and taking legal action.
If you see content that you believe is illegal or breaks our rules, use the Report option on it, or write to support@hazivo.ae with the link and details. If you own intellectual property that has been used without permission, follow our Intellectual Property Policy and write to ip@hazivo.ae. We will review reports and remove content that breaks the law or our rules.
Hazivo may link to other websites, including in ads. We do not control them and do not approve their content, and we are not responsible for them. You may link to Hazivo pages if you do it fairly and legally and do not suggest that we endorse you. You must not frame Hazivo on another site. We may withdraw this permission at any time.
We are not liable for a failure or delay in meeting our obligations that is caused by something outside our reasonable control, such as a network or power failure, a fault at a supplier, a natural event or an act of the authorities. Our obligations are suspended while that continues.
You may have other agreements with us, for example for a particular feature. These Terms apply in addition to them, and where they conflict these Terms win unless the other agreement says otherwise. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another company and will tell you if we do.
Only you and Hazivo have rights under these Terms. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. If a court finds part of these Terms unlawful, the rest stays in force. Hazivo is intended for people in the countries where we offer it, and we cannot promise it follows the laws of other places. If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails.
If you have a complaint, please write to support@hazivo.ae first so that we can try to resolve it together. If we cannot, these Terms and any dispute connected with them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction.
Some parts of Hazivo have extra rules, set out under Additional Terms (for example vehicles, verified accounts and reviews). They apply in addition to these Terms, and if they conflict with the main Terms, the main Terms win.
