A vehicle you advertise must be roadworthy, owned by you or sold with the owner's permission, available for sale, located in the UAE, and described accurately, including its year, mileage, condition and any accident or damage history. We may ask for proof of ownership or registration, or proof that the vehicle is in the UAE. If you do not send it within the time we give, which will be reasonable, we may remove the ad without notice and without a refund.
A verified badge means the account holder completed our verification step, which today means confirming a mobile number. It is a trust signal and not a guarantee about the seller, their items or their conduct. Business sellers must give accurate business details and, if we ask, documents such as a trade licence. We may remove a badge or business details that turn out to be wrong or misleading. If we introduce a paid verified or business plan, its terms, including price and renewal, will be added here before it starts.
Where Hazivo lets you rate or review another user, your review must be honest, based on your own experience of dealing with that person, and free of insults, threats, hate or defamatory statements. Do not review yourself, ask friends to review you, or give or take anything in return for a review. The person you review may reply publicly. Reviews are the opinion of the person who wrote them, not of Hazivo, and Hazivo is not liable for them. We may remove a review or a rating that breaks these rules or our Acceptable Use Policy.
