By posting content on Hazivo — including listing images, descriptions, and profile information — you grant Hazivo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with providing our services. You retain ownership of your content.
If you believe that content on Hazivo infringes your intellectual property rights, please submit a written notice to ip@hazivo.ae with details of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing content URL, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
If your content was removed in response to an infringement notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may file a counter-notice. Hazivo will review all counter-notices in accordance with applicable UAE intellectual property law and restore content where appropriate.
